CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24hours before the beginning of your appointment or you be charge cancellation fee (50% of your treatment) this can be done via square appointments appointment system. If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full price of your treatment.
TIMEKEEPING
Please be punctual for your treatment, unfortunately if you are more than 15 minutes late we will not be able to perform your treatment. You will charged full price for your appointment , if you show up late and we cant perform your treatment.
PATCH TESTING
Patch testing for eyelash, eyebrow tinting, lamination and lash lift treatments, must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to treatment, if you are new client to the salon.Even if you have had this test carried out previously at another salon, as we may use different brands.
CHILDREN
Please come alone for your treatments, we cannot have children in the salon under the age of 16 , firstly our insurance does not cover them the and secondly we are small salon and we try our best to make it a tranquil experience for our guests. Please note teenagers who are receiving a service (parents permission) a parent must stay in the salon when service is been performed (will be carried out upstairs in the salon)
GIFTVOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only, unfortunately we can’t extend unless extreme circumstances . They can’t be exchange for cash.
